Request a booking
Please fill out the request form to submit a booking request. Our admin team will review your request, confirm the price and availability of your time slots and equipment and reply to you as soon as possible.
Registration
All booking requests require users to register with this site. Once registered, you can view and manage your bookings, quickly add new bookings and view any invoices you have been issued.
Rates
Community Rate applies to a user making a booking application, when the user meets the qualifying criteria * which is;
- To be a constituted group; and
- Have a charitable status.
* NB Community Rate may also be applied to a not-for-profit group who, whilst not constituted or registered as a charity, exist only for community benefit, and do not generate an income or levy charges to clients/customers, for personal benefit.
Standard Rate applies to users making a booking application when the user does not qualify for the community rate.
Booking groups explained
Selecting a booking group helps the system find appropriate time slots for this booking and estimate the price. Don't worry if you select the wrong group - your booking request will be reviewed and corrected by a member of staff if necessary.
